What if my partner won't comes to couples therapy?

If your partner refuses to go to couples therapy, but you are committed to making the relationship better, I can work with you. Even if you alone learn how to be a relationship master, it can positively impact your relationship. When working with individuals in the situation, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and coaching on effective communication.
