As a therapist working with individuals or couples who have experienced loss, I understand that there are many different types of losses and everyone grieves in their own way. Grief is sometimes a lifelong process. I aim to help you travel through grief in ways that work uniquely for you.
Whether you've lost a parent, child, friend, pet, or cherished part of your identify, I'll hold space for your loss. We can use journaling, poetry, or other creative methods for remembrance and healing. If you are interested, I'll help you connect with support groups or other resources.
